Oh God! Flaming June.

Zac is doing his A levels. Zac is in love with a very small dark girl. Zac doesn't like me because I am entirely unsupportive. I am having the worst week of my life and so is Zac. I don't like John because his editor's PA has booked all school holidays until the end of the year for the editor and John is not taking issue with it. I also don't like John because he is never here and if he is he plays and plays on his phone or on his iPad. I also don't like John because he snores and takes up the whole bed and he is 52 which is very old. Abigail is in New York with my mother. I have no idea what they are doing there. Maisie is perfect but her whole family are sliding slowly towards oblivion and madness because each week that goes by presents me with weirdness that I couldn't possibly have predicted when I got married 475 years ago.. This week I had to go to dinner with The Corporation. This week I had to sit next to a man who looked just like Matthew McConnuaghey only he was Dutch and lived in Chelsea. " I so love living in Chelsea," he said " because everyone is so beautiful and immaculately turned out." "What do you do for the Corporation?" I asked him, wishing I was slightly well turned out or vaguely beautiful. " I head up the Asian branch, you know the Asian media. We have the largest interest in Asia of any company." As you can imagine we had soo much in common we were nose to nose all evening. Later this week I went to a barbeque in Weybridge and everyone was soo surprised that we weren't going to Piers Morgan's wedding. They were all going to Piers Morgan's wedding and had a very big sofa. I am very pleased we are not going to Piers Morgan's wedding because it means I won't have to feel weird for another whole day of my life and also because it means Piers is still cross with John which is funny.
